I joined the firm in 1988 and was appointed partner in 1998. Prior to joining Edwards Falls Renegar, I was employed at a national firm.

I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients on a variety of tax and accounting related issues. My experience has made me a valuable resource to clients trying to start, grow, and sustain businesses for many years. My areas of expertise include individual, partnership, and corporation taxation as well as representing clients in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities. I have performed compilations, reviews, and audits of financial statements for construction, medical, retail, and manufacturing industries and also consulted regarding the purchase and sale of various business entities.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (1986) and obtained my Certified Public Accountant license in 1989. My professional affiliations include the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I have been involved with several civic organizations and also hold a NASD Series 65 license.
